Asus is preparing to launch the next generation of its gaming-centric ROG Phone. It is unclear whether the upcoming ROG Phone will be called ROG Phone 4 or ROG Phone 5, but the company already started teasing the upcoming smartphone.
Few days ago, the upcoming ROG Phone images leaked online which revealed the smartphone may feature a 64MP triple rear-camera setup. Earlier, a hands-on video also leaked on the web which revealed that the company may bring a secondary display to the upcoming ROG Phones.
Now as a report from Mysmartprice, the upcoming ASUS ROG Phone 4 or ROG Phone 5 appears on NCC certification website which revealed that the upcoming ROG Phone will pack with a 6,000mAh battery and support 60W fast-charging.
The upcoming ROG Phone with model numbers of ASUS_I005D and ASUS_I005DC appeared on the NCC certification website. The certification also suggests that the smartphone will pack dual 2885mAh batteries of a total 6000mAh battery and supports 60W fast-charging.
The upcoming ROG smartphone will have a secondary rear display. This is a small display that the company can use only for notifications. The smartphone may have a 64MP triple-rear camera.
Previously the upcoming ROG Phone live images leaked online which revealed ’05’ number on the rear panel of the device. So, there is a chance that the company will skip the ROG Phone 4 and the upcoming ROG smartphone will be named Asus ROG Phone 5.
The smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G SoC which comes with an integrated 5G modem. All that we know about the upcoming ROG smartphone so far.
