IQOO officially launched the IQOO 7 smartphone in China. This handset comes with high graded specifications including Snapdragon 888 5G processor and 120W fast charging support, which is the fastest commercially available charging solution.
The device also features a 120Hz refresh rate panel, 48-megapixel triple rear camera and a massive 4,000mAh battery. Let’s closely look at the device specifications and design.
IQOO 7 Specifications
Talking about the iQOO 7 specifications, the phone comes with a bigger 6.62-inch AMOLED FHD+ punch-hole display with the resolution of 2400×1080 pixels and 20:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone also supports HDR10+ content and 120Hz screen refresh rate panel.
The device measures 162.2×75.8×8.7 mm and weighs 209.5 grams.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 888 5G SoC coupled with Adreno 660 GPU and is paired with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM with 256GB of UFS 3.1 Internal storage.
The smartphone runs on OriginOS based on Android 11 out of the box.
The device is backed by a dual 2,000mAh battery and 120W ultra-fast charging supports which helps to charge the device zero to hundred percent in just 15 minutes.
For photography, the IQOO 7 comes with a triple rear-camera set-up. The primary camera is a 48-megapixel sensor with f/1.79 aperture, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 13-megapixel portrait lens with f/2.46 aperture.
The rear camera supports features like OIS, 20x digital zoom and 4K video recording.
For selfies, the smartphone is packed with a 16-megapixel with f/2.0 aperture.
IQOO 7 also supports an in-display fingerprint scanner for biomaterial security. The smartphone also supports Wi-Fi 6, 5G, dual-SIM support, Hi-Res audio, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC and Type-C port.
IQOO 7 Price
IQOO 7 base variant priced at CNY 3,798 approximately Rs. 43,100 for the 8GB RAM+128GB storage variant, while the 12GB+256GB variant priced at CNY 4,198 approximately Rs. 47,600.
The smartphone is available in Black, Latent Blue and Legendary Edition colour options. The smartphone will go on sale in China from January 15. However, the company has yet to reveal the global launch.
