On December 16, 2020 Xiaomi intends to launch a new 4K QLED smart TV in India, and there have already been many leaks and rumors about the next smart television. Amid speculation, a new article has been published in the site, which revealed the upcoming Mi TV retail box.
According to photos posted on the popular tipster @TechFactsRafee Twitter account, the business manufactures assembling these TVs in India. Here the new rumors, announced price, specifications and features have been closely watched.
Xiaomi plans to quickly launch a TV in India that will be called “Mi TV Q1 55-inch” according to the leaked render. In the picture of the leaked retail package, the Mi TV is also produced by Dixon Technology in Andhra Pradesh, India. MRP in the box is Rs 59,999, so we can expect a 4K QLED TV, which will cost around Rs 50,000.
In addition, Leaks also suggest that the Mi TV come with 55-inch 4k display that features HDR 10+, Dolby Vision, Reality Flow, Google Assistant support, Chromecast built-in and preloaded apps. The energy consumption of the TV is around 180W and weighs of 14.2kg. The retail kit includes a TV, a remote control, a warranty document, a stand pair and four screws.
The new Mi Smart TV, a model number similar to the Mi TV 5 Pro launched on HDR10 + certification in China last year, has just been revealed. Mi TV was recently launched by the company on 16 December.
The teaser page for the next update already exists on mi.com. The teaser confirms that QLED TV offers 4K HDR 10+ support with Dolby Audio and Dolby Vision. The firm also reported that HDMI 2.1 is supported by Upcoming TV. We do not know the official price of Smart TV yet and we will have to wait till the launch event is held.
