Earlier this month, Oppo teased their Reno 5 Pro smartphone in India. Now this smartphone might be launching soon as the device appears in BIS (Bureau of Indian Standard) Certification website confirmed by tipster Mukul Sharma. Mukul Sharma in their twitter handle “@stufflistings” posted a tweet regarding these.
The Reno 5 Pro 5G device appears on the Bureau of Indian Standard Certification website with the model number of CPH2201.
In December 2020, Oppo launched Reno 5 and 5 Pro in china and recently launched Oppo Reno 5 Pro+ in china. There is no official confirmation of the smartphone whether the device launches in India.
The Reno 5 Pro 5G smartphone has a 6.55-inch OLED FHD+ display with the resolution of 2400×1080 pixels. The smartphone has a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera at the top left corner of the display. The display has a higher 90Hz panel with 180Hz touch sampling rate.
The smartphone will be powered by MediaTek Helio Dimensity 1000+ Soc. The smartphone may be the first smartphone to come with this Soc in India.
The 5G ready processor coupled with 8GB/12GB of LPDDR4X Ram with 128GB/256GB of UFS2.1 storage.
For photography, the smartphone has a quad rear-camera setup. Primary camera is a 64MP sensor, Secondary camera is a 8MP ultra wide-angle lens with 2MP macro and portrait lens. At the front, the smartphone has a 32 megapixel camera for selfies.
The smartphone is packed with a 4350mAh battery with 65w SuperVooc charging support.
The Reno 5 Pro starting price in china at ¥3999 approximately ₹38000 and expected price can be similar this price.
